In Matthew 5 it talks about us being the light bringing out the God-colours in the world. At this time we are called to be light bearers, keeping our lives open to helping others and being generous. Obviously we are socially distancing ourselves from each other because of whats happening in the world right now but that doesn’t mean people have to be alone. We need to come up with creative ways to shine God’s light. Let’s get creative and think how we can do that in our community.

When you have hope it brings a positive outlook on life, it’s like a chink of light through a crack. It’s something to head towards, a sense of movement, a forward motion. You find strength in hope, a determination to keep pushing on.We find hope in God the brightest light there is. We need to let that light direct us and we need to push, move towards him at this time.
